Match report A spectacular bowling performance from Boyne Hill U11s lead them to a 35 run victory over Wokingham. Batting first Boyne Hill got off to a fast start despite losing a couple of early wickets, Amaan Butt batted well and retiring on 26 not out but we struggled in the second half of the innings and finished on 75 for 9 off our 20 overs. We needed to bowl well and we did. Alfie Hall got us off to a great start taking 2 wickets in the first over and then we steadily took wickets until first Joe Leonard took 2 wickets in 2 balls and then captain William Neal blew the Wokingham tail away taking 3 wickets for no runs in 2 overs to complete the dismissal of Wokingham for just 40 runs. Jacob Gardner was man-of-the-match for taking his first wicket of the summer.
